Welcome to DP Capture. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions.
Please read them carefully before making any booking or purchase.
1. General
DP Capture is a photography, videography, and printing studio located in Honnavar, Karnataka, India.
These terms apply to all services offered by us, including photography, videography, album printing, framing, and digital delivery.
We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
2. Bookings & Payments
Bookings are confirmed only after advance payment or written confirmation via WhatsApp/email.
The balance amount must be paid on or before the date of photo delivery or event completion.
Prices are subject to change based on service requirements, travel, or customizations.
3. Client Responsibilities
The client must provide accurate event details, timings, and location for smooth coordination.
For outdoor or wedding shoots, the client is responsible for obtaining necessary permissions or entry passes at venues.
Any delay or rescheduling must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance.
4. Copyright & Usage
All photos and videos captured by DP Capture remain our intellectual property.
Clients are granted personal usage rights for printing and sharing.
DP Capture may use selected images or clips for portfolio, website, or social media promotions, unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
5. Editing & Delivery
Photo and video editing timelines may vary based on the volume of work and customization.
Standard delivery time is 7–20 business days depending on the project type.
Final deliverables will be shared digitally or in printed format, as per the selected package.
6. Cancellation & Refund
Cancellations made within 24 hours of booking are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made after that may be subject to a deduction of processing or booking charges.
In case of force majeure (illness, weather, etc.), rescheduling options will be provided.
7. Liability
DP Capture will take utmost care in handling your photos and videos.
However, in rare cases of technical failure or data loss, our liability is limited to a refund of the service charge received.
