We strive to provide complete satisfaction to our customers.
This Refund Policy outlines when refunds or adjustments can be made for our photography, videography, and printing services.


1. Cancellations

  • You can cancel your booking within 24 hours of payment for a full refund.

  • After 24 hours, refunds will be made only if no work has started.

  • Event shoot cancellations less than 3 days before the scheduled date will not be eligible for refunds (but can be rescheduled).


2. Refunds for Printing & Albums

  • Printing and custom albums are made-to-order products, so refunds are not possible once printing has begun.

  • If an item arrives damaged or defective, we will reprint or replace it at no extra cost.


3. Service Issues

If you are dissatisfied with any photography or video service, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We will review the issue and, if valid, provide partial refunds or corrections at our discretion.


4. Refund Method

  • Approved refunds will be processed via UPI, bank transfer, or original payment method within 5–10 business days.
