🚚 Shipping & Delivery Policy – DP Capture, Honnavar

At DP Capture, we provide delivery for printed photos, albums, and frames within Honnavar and across India.

1. Delivery Options

  • Local Delivery (Honnavar): We offer home delivery or pickup from our studio.

  • Outstation Orders: Shipped via trusted courier partners (e.g., DTDC, Blue Dart, India Post).

  • Digital Delivery: Edited photos and videos are shared through Google Drive, WeTransfer, or WhatsApp (based on file size).

2. Processing Time

  • Standard production and delivery time: 5–15 working days from order confirmation.

  • Custom albums or framed products may take up to 20 working days.

  • Delivery times may vary during festivals or due to courier delays.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Local delivery within Honnavar may be free for selected orders.

  • Outstation shipping costs will be calculated based on location, weight, and packaging.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, a tracking ID will be shared via WhatsApp or email.

5. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your order is damaged in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.

  • We will assess and replace the product if verified.

  • Lost packages will be handled in coordination with the courier company.
